How are the plants packaged for shipping?
We use custom-designed, eco-friendly packaging that secures the root ball and protects the foliage, ensuring your plants arrive healthy and hydrated at your doorstep.
When will my order be shipped?
We ship based on your specific USDA hardiness zone to ensure the weather is appropriate for planting. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our greenhouse.
What is your 'Arrive Alive' guarantee?
We guarantee that your plants will arrive in good health. If your plant is damaged or dies within 30 days of arrival, please send us a photo and we will provide a replacement or store credit.
Can I make changes to my order after it has been placed?
Because we process orders quickly to ensure plant health, changes can only be made within 24 hours of placement. Please contact our customer service team immediately for assistance.
