Return Process
- 1.Check Your Guarantee
Ensure your request is within 60 days of delivery and that you have followed the included planting guide for your specific hardiness zone.
- 2.Document the Issue
Take clear photos of the plant, including the foliage and the root system if possible, to help our horticulturalists diagnose the concern.
- 3.Submit a Claim
Contact our customer support team via our online portal with your order number and the photos of your plants to initiate the resolution process.
- 4.Receive Your Resolution
Once approved, we will issue a one-time replacement of the same variety or provide store credit if the item is currently out of season or stock.
